Fundy National Park

Fundy National Park is 207 square km in area and is located on the shores of the Bay of Fundy between Moncton (90 km) and Saint John (130 km).

The Park provides a number of excellent hiking trails, both inland and along the coast as well as a guided nature walk and related program each day. In addition tennis courts, lawn bowling, a challenging golf course, a heated salt water swimming pool, many lakes and streams for fishing (boats may be rented at Bennett Lake), and a children's playground are available to Park visitors. Don't forget your camera - the scenery is spectacular and various kinds of wildlife are frequently seen by visitors.

Hopewell Rocks

Visitors to the Hopewell Rocks can watch the Bay of Fundy tide rise at a rate between 4 and 6 feet (1.5 to 2 metres) per hour as 100 billion tonnes of water flows into the bay twice daily.
